Attention all EPF agents, there is a new field op that we need you to crack the code for. To begin click on your red blinking spy phone to teleport to the command room.
When you have arrived in the command room go over to the yellow screen to get your orders.
Now waddle to the dock by clicking your map. Waddle to the trees below to get your mission as shown below:
Your spy phone will be blinking green. Now click your spy phone and click "accept" to start the field op.

A new field op is now available for all EPF agents on the island. To start the new field op click on your red blinking spy phone. Click "go there" To teleport to the EPF mainframe.
Once you have arrived in the EPF command center you can get your orders from Gary by waddling to the yellow screen.
Waddle down to the ski hill. Now go in front the statue of scorn the dragon king to start the field op.
Your spy phone should be blinking green. To start the field op click your spy phone.
Click "engage" To start your field op.
To complete the field op you need to put energy in all four cells.
The Director Says: Well done, agent. Your actions have been exceptional, given the... circumstances. I expect the island to return to normal now. Stay sharp, and watch out for threats.
